  EARNFILE - Evaluation And Recognition of Non-formal and Informal Learning
  The project "Evaluation And Recognition of Non-formal and Informal Learning" stipulates a Partnership of 5 organizations, from 5 different countries. The advantage of the established partnership is that it forms a diverse network for collaboration between institutions and organisations and allows examining the project issues from different perspectives.

Subjects of the project are:

in depth definition of non-formal and informal learning;
definition of learning occurring in the workplace;
strategies that are being adopted to facilitate informal learning in the workplace;
methods for recording the non-formal and informal learning taking place;
defining the value of non-formal and informal learning to the employer and to the employee.
