  The project starts from the need to involve local communities in tackling energy issues and improving energy efficiency. The project hypothesis is that the main actor that can contribute to involving the whole community and at the same time train the younger generation is the school. And, coherently with the believes and nature of the project partners and the focus on secondary schools for the year 2007 of the IEE programme, high schools have been chosen as the main target group and some high schools will be also partners and key actors of the project activities.
