  Interactive Personal Training and Enhancement of Employment Competence - JobTool

  The project “Interactive Personal Training and Enhancement of Employment Competence – JobTool” is financed by the Lifelong Learning Programme 2007-2013, Leonardo da Vinci, measure Multilateral Projects Transfer of Innovation.

  The proposal aims to develop one more holistic, more individualized and more flexible approach to the complex problems of the unemployed on the modern dynamic labour market. The project addresses the needs of the “Unemployment” officers and of the harder to employ people i.e. low-educated and inexperienced youth, inactive discouraged or displaced workers and unemployed over 45-years.

  The main objective of the current project is to support the project target groups in job finding through providing of more holistic, individualized and flexible training approach and improvement of their abilities and skills for better inclusion and placement on the common labour market. The project concrete aims are finding of complex and efficient solution to the complex set of problems the hard to employ people face and to motivate them to participate in VET and lifelong learning programmes.

  JobTool will be developed in close cooperation of five partners from four countries: European Center for Quality Ltd. (BG), Labour Office Directorate Rhodopi (BG), FH Joanneum (A), College of Banking (CZ) and Kadis d.o.o. (SL).

  The main outcomes envisaged under the project are creation of JobTool web-site, CD and Guide for JobTool.

  The project partners expect the successful realization of the project will narrow the gap between the individual skills and the skills demanded by the modern labour market and will assure more efficient interaction between the unemployed and the social workers. In long term the project results will contribute to prevention of the long-term unemployment among youth; achievement of higher level of integration and social inclusion of hard to employ people into the labour market and better cooperation of schools, educational institutions and employment agencies in VET and lifelong learning programmes directed towards unemployed with complex problems and specific problems on the labour market of the respective country.
