The project addresses the incoherent system of education for people involved in different phases of a project life cycle (programming, analyses, planning, implementation and evaluation) of EU funded projects. For managers who create and implement EU funded projects this project brings in new opportunities by clearly defining skills needed by someone who plans to get involved in EU funded projects in different phases of a project life cycle. The main product of this project enables those who want to be educated to compare and assess the relevance and quality of particular courses. Based on a set of key skills a standard curriculum for managers creating and managing EU funded projects has been drafted. One of the main benefits this project brings for all the target groups is unification of competences and educational standards. However, not only the outcome but also the process leading to this outcome is very important. The following target groups are addressed by KEYLINKS: | |
| Applicants and managers of EU funded projects. | |
| Managers and trainers from educational institutions offering trainings on EU project management. | |
| Managers from donor institutions administrating EU funded programs. | |
