The Call of proposals for selection of non-government sector representatives in the Monitoring Committee for the Operational Programme “Transport” has started (20-03-2008)

The Managing Authority for the Operational Programme on Transport opened a procedure for submission of applications for selection of non-government sector representatives to participate in the Monitoring Committee for the Programme on 20 March 2008. In the Monitoring Committee sessions could take part representatives on behalf of four groups non government organizations - social, environmental, NGOs in the transport sector as well as NGOs in the field of education and science. The candidates should be eligible for the criteria, included in the Rules of Procedures for participation of representatives of non-government organizations in the Monitoring Committee of Operational Programme on Transport (OPT).

Deadline for submission of the applications is 20 April 2008. The Chairman of the OPT Monitoring Committee will inform the organizations, which submitted applications and covered the requirements for participation according to the Rules of Procedures. These organizations will be invited to nominate a common representative to participate in the MC Sessions with the right of a deliberative vote.
