The project “Online Training for Investment in Securities” has been approved for financing under Programme “Leonardo da Vinci” for implementing the policy of the European Union in the field of vocational and educational training.

  The main aims of this programme are improvement of the skills and competences of the young people through innovations in the field of vocational and educational training. These aims have been achieved trough transnational cooperation, stimulation of innovations and dissemination of the good professional and training practices and systems throughout Europe.

  OTIS has been developed under “Leonardo da Vinci” Programme, measure Pilot Projects. OTIS is an online software product for vocational and educational training in the sphere of financial markets and investments in securities. The product has been developed in five languages (English, Italian, Greek, Czech and Bulgarian) and is constantly available on Internet. OTIS is based entirely on contemporary educational methods that use informational and communicational technology. They include options for self-dependent education and test of the acquired skills and knowledge through participation in a virtual game with real securities, rules and conditions.
